Peserta didik kelas X MAN 1 Kota Bukittinggi.
Puji syukur kita aturkan kehadirat Allah SWT, Sholawat dan salam semoga dilimpahkan kepada Nabiyuna Muhammad SAW.
Dalam menyambut peserta didik baru Tahun Ajaran 2021/2022, Kesiswaan MAN 1 Kota Bukittinggi melaksanakan PRA MATSAMA ( Masa Ta'aruf Siswa Madrasah ) bagi Peserta Didik baru tahun ajaran 2021/2022.
Untuk itu kami mengundang anak-anak kami peserta didik baru untuk mengikuti kegiatan ini secara daring.
Petunjuk Teknis / Tata Tertib Zoom Meeting Matsama:
1. Pastikan perangkat komputer/laptop/ponsel Anda tersambung dengan internet.
2. Aplikasi yang akan digunakan untuk Kegiatan Matsama ini adalah ZOOM Cloud Meetings. Jadi, pastikan di komputer/laptop/ponsel Anda sudah terpasang aplikasi ZOOM Cloud Meetings. Jika belum, silakan unduh di playstore/appstore terlebih dahulu.
3. Akses masuk bagi peserta dibuka 30 menit sebelum acara dimulai. Lalu lintas peserta akan ditutup setelah 15 menit acara berlangsung.
4. Peserta yang terlambat hadir dipersilakan mengakses youtube live.
5. Rename nama akun Anda dengan format Nama_Gugus* saat bergabung di zoom room.
6. Peserta dimohon untuk tidak mengaktifkan fitur mikrofon saat kegiatan berlangsung kecuali atas izin moderator atau narasumber.
7. Peserta menuliskan kehadiran melalui kotak chat box dengan format: Nama_Gugus
8. Ketika Zoom Meeting berlangsung, peserta harus aktif bertanya kepada narasumber dengan memanfaatkan kotak chat box Zoom/Youtube dengan format: Nama_Gugus
9. Moderator memiliki hak penuh untuk mengatur jalannya Zoom Meeting Matsama.
10. Peserta Matsama harus memakai baju seragam putih MTsN/SMP.
11. Peserta mengisi Absen Kehadiran saat kegiatan berlangsung.
12. Peserta tidak mematikan kamera, hal ini penting agar panitia dan narasumber tahu sedang berbicara dengan peserta dan tidak merusak suasana interaksi.
13. Semua harus hadir sesuai dengan Jadwal dan Sesi yang telah ditentukan.
